When I entered the public schools in 10th grade I never had to open another book to graduate. I think that all schools should charge tuition, and get off the backs of property owners. The way Ohio funds it's schools (property tax) has been ruled unconstitutional by the State Sepreme Court and no one fixes it. Making parents pay for education would get the parents more involved in the education process.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
