He finally got it. Too late. He died anyway...

Was it the fault of socialized medicine? Maybe, maybe it was just his time, who knows, but they waited until he was a near death emergency to get busy, maybe some preventative medicine might have helped...TexasFredhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06412925337032937983noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9871253.post-84317840102473730852008-12-08T08:07:00.000-05:002008-12-08T08:07:00.000-05:00Frank, I cannot tell you of the battles I have had...Frank, I cannot tell you of the battles I have had with HMO's and PPO's including, on at least one occassion, involving the state's Insurance Commissioner on my behalf. Oh, yeah, I know about them. I am intimately acquaintedd with them.

That said, I would still opt for them over socialized healthcare. I agree it needs to be privatized, but regulated heavily and the companies should be forced to pay all claims, allow patients to see any doctor and the amount of premiums charged should be regulated, and also any attempt by the insurance industry to limit or cancel coverage should result in the imnprisionment of the board of directors and CEOs.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
