The Kyoto Treaty is not working! Surprise! Surprise!
All those “Euro weenies” formerly bloviating because the US didn’t sign on to the Kyoto Treaty are having a bit of trouble making the darn thing WORK!
It must really rankle them to see that, once again, that dumb ole bunch of unsophisticated hicks in the US had it right all along.
